Mohi-ud-Din Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences (MIRS) is a pioneering educational institute located in the southeast of Mangla Dam, in the vibrant city of Mirpur, AJ&K. Just two hours from Islamabad and 25 km from Dina via G.T. Road, MIRS is situated 5 km from downtown, offering easy access and a peaceful learning environment. The institute is a proud project of Mohi-ud-Din Islamic University, established under the vision of the late Hazrat Allama Pir Ala-ud-din Siddiqui, a great Islamic scholar and humanitarian who devoted his life to serving society through education and compassion.

MIRS is the first institute of rehabilitation sciences in Mirpur AJ&K, and it holds a unique place in the region by offering advanced education in physiotherapy and rehabilitation sciences. With support from Mohi-ud-Din Islamic Medical College and a team of qualified professionals, the institute aims to produce skilled physiotherapists and rehabilitation experts who can serve the community, especially people with physical disabilities.

The leadership team—including Chancellor Pir Sultan-ul-Arfeen Siddiqui, Vice Chancellor Lt Gen (R) Dr. Asif Mumtaz Sukhera HI(M), and Principal Dr. Ibraheem Zafar—is fully committed to achieving excellence in teaching, learning, and service.
