    Jamia Syeda Fatima-tuz-Zahra Lilbanat, located in Rattian, is a prominent Islamic institute dedicated to the education and spiritual development of female students. The seminary offers various Islamic programs including the Dars-e-Nizami course with 20 students, Nazirah Quran with 15 students, Tafsir and Translation classes with 5 students, and Hifz-ul-Quran with 3 students. The institute also provides boarding facilities, currently housing 17 hostel students, while 29 regular students and 33 part-time (morning and evening) students attend daily.
    The institution is managed under the supervision of Khalifa Muhammad Yaqoob Siddiqi of Nairiyan Sharif, with Qari Mudassir Siddiqi serving as General Secretary and Muhammad Liaqat Basra and Muhammad Farooq Basra overseeing financial affairs. The dedicated teaching staff includes Baji Rukhsana Bibi, Asma Shehzadi, and Aqsa Bibi, who provide structured Islamic education in a respectful and faith-based environment. Jamia Syeda Fatima-tuz-Zahra is committed to empowering young girls with religious knowledge and ethical values, playing a vital role in the spiritual upliftment of the region.
