Privacy Policy of Mobile Application of OPI Khaas Gas

Purpose

This Application (“App”) is for the purpose of reporting incidents, vigilance and monitoring of pipelines in real time (“Purpose”).

Definitions

“Account” means a unique account created for You to access our Application or parts of our Application

“Application” or “App” means this software program downloaded by You on an electronic device

The data relevant to the Purpose is collected which may include data about the User’s daily route / location, in order to help improve performance and efficiency.

To manage Your registration as a User of the Application. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Application.

Where You have given a password for access to the App or certain functions within the App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You are asked not to share your password with anyone. Is User Data Disseminated?

The restriction on use and disclosure in this Privacy Policy shall not apply to sharing of User data with law enforcement agencies, regulatory/governmental bodies or under any other legal requirements.

As a result of any merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be shared/ transferred.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Your Personal Data shall be retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Usage Data may also be retained for internal analysis purposes.

Modification of Data / Information

Registered Users may access the App with their username and password. Users may send an email to babar.mumtaz@opigas.com on the provided contact Personal Information already provided by the User.

Policy Revision and Notification of Changes

The owner of Application has the right to change or alter this policy at any time and without notice. The Users may be notified about policy changes by posting information with the version number and date. Any change/modification shall on this Application apply to any data collected under this Policy.
